Most expensive land in S. Korea

This photo, taken on Dec. 20, 2023, shows the building of the cosmetics shop Nature Republic in the Myeongdong area of Seoul. The plot of the building is priced at 175.40 million won (about US$135,130) per square meter based on the government's public land price calculation, which is the most expensive in South Korea, data from the land ministry showed. The plot's public land price topped the list of land prices for the 21st straight year. (Yonhap)
