Projects for Korean victims of 1923 massacre in Japan

South Korean civic activists announce projects to honor the Koreans massacred by Japanese in the aftermath of the 1923 Great Kanto Earthquake in Tokyo and its vicinity at a news conference in Seoul on Jan. 13, 2023, on the occasion of the incident's centennial anniversary.
