Eve of railway workers' strike

Park Ji-hong, head of the land and transportation ministry's railway bureau, announces countermeasures against nationwide unionized railway workers' upcoming strike at the government complex in Sejong, 112 kilometers south of Seoul, on Sept. 13, 2023.
