Joseon Dynasty's shipwreck

This photo, released by the state-run National Research Institute of Maritime Cultural Heritage on Nov. 10, 2025, shows a shipwrecked cargo ship from the 1392-1910 Joseon Dynasty that the institute's researchers have found in waters off Mado Island in Taean on South Korea's west coast. The ship, the fourth one discovered in the waters, has traces of iron nails used to repair it. (PHOTO NOT FOR SALE) (Yonhap)
