Seoul introduces portable safety bell

A Seoul city government official demonstrates how to use the Help Me key ring safety bell on Aug. 5, 2024. Its users can make an emergency report to district safety centers in Seoul by ringing the bell in emergencies. A total of 50,000 bells will be available this year via online request on the city government's homepage. (Yonhap)
