Peace camp marking Incheon Landing Operation

Students from 22 nations that fought for South Korea under the U.N. flag during the 1950-53 Korean War, who are currently studying in colleges in Incheon, some 30 kilometers west of Seoul, experience wearing "hanbok" at a peace camp on Sept. 6, 2024, as part of programs celebrating the 74th anniversary of the Incheon Landing Operation, commanded by U.S. Gen. Douglas MacArthur, which turned the tide of the war against the invading North Korean forces. (Yonhap)
