Complaint against ex-President Moon

Lee Rae-jin (L), the elder brother of a South Korean official shot to death by North Korean soldiers while drifting in waters in the West Sea in September 2020, and his lawyer, Kim Ki-yoon, hold a news conference at the Seoul Central Prosecutors Office on Dec. 14, 2022, prior to filing a criminal complaint against former President Moon Jae-in in connection with the death. Lee has accused Moon and officials of the previous government of the state's failure to protect the lives and safety of its citizens. (Yonhap)
