This combined photo, released by North Korea's official Korean Central News Agency on Aug. 28, 2026, shows the dedication ceremony of Myongsasimni Railway Station (top) at the Wonsan-Kalma tourist area on the North's east coast the previous day, and the newly constructed Kalma Tourist Railway Station at the same area that North Korean leader Kim Jong-un inspected in June 24 the same year, as seen from the photo taken from the North's official Korean Central Television. The sign above the ticket gate shows the name of the railway station has been changed to Myongsasimni from Kalma Tourist. South Korea's unification ministry said on Aug. 28 the two stations are presumed to be the same. (For Use Only in the Republic of Korea. No Redistribution) (Yonhap)
