BUSAN, Sept. 2 (Yonhap) -- A tugboat capsized in waters off the southeastern city of Busan on Wednesday, with two crew members rescued so far and six others missing, the Coast Guard said.
The 286-ton vessel, believed to be carrying eight crew members, overturned in the waters just southeast of Busan at about 1:30 p.m., according to the Coast Guard.
One of the crew members was rescued by a cargo ship passing the area, while another was later found unconscious.
President Lee Jae Myung has instructed authorities to mobilize all available resources for the search and rescue efforts.
