Uijeongbu site to be made public after 8 years of excavation

This photo, provided by the Seoul city government on June 17, 2024, shows a site for Uijeongbu, the highest administrative office during the Joseon Dynasty (1392-1910), in front of Gwanghwamun Square in downtown Seoul. The 11,300-square-meter site will be made public temporarily the following day after eight years of excavation work. (Yonhap)
