Memorial for victims of 1923 massacre of Koreans in Japan

A ceremony to honor Koreans massacred by Japanese in the aftermath of the 1923 Great Kanto Earthquake in Tokyo and its vicinity takes place in Tokyo on Sept. 1, 2023.
