Most expensive land in S. Korea

The plot of the building is priced at 174.10 million won (about US$134,440) per square meter based on the government's public land price calculation, which is the most expensive in South Korea, data from the land ministry showed. The plot's public land price, which topped the list of land prices for the 20th straight year, fell 7.9 percent from a year earlier, marking the second straight year of decline due to a business slump in Myeongdong hit by the coronavirus pandemic.
