Visiting graves of ancestors
Workers cut the grass at the Geonwonneung tomb of King Taejo, founder of the Joseon Dynasty (1392-1910), in Guri, just east of Seoul, on April 5, 2021, marking the Hansik holiday, or the 105th day after the winter solstice. On this day, many Koreans observe rites to worship ancestors and visit their ancestors' tombs to clean them up. (Yonhap)
