Stabbing rampage suspect sent to prosecutors

Choi Won-jong, a 22-year-old man under arrest for a stabbing rampage, is escorted out of a police station in the city of Seongnam, south of Seoul, on Aug. 10, 2023, as he is sent to prosecutors on charges of murder and attempted murder.
