Cold snap

A frozen stream is seen in front of Hwahong Gate of Hwaseong Fortress, a UNESCO-designated World Heritage Site, in Suwon, 34 kilometers south of Seoul, on Dec. 26, 2022, as South Korea experienced cold weather, with the mercury dropping to an intraday low of 10 C below zero in the morning.
