Ocean forum opens

Kim Jae-hong, executive director of Yonhap News Agency; Incheon Deputy Mayor Nam Young-hei; Oceans Minister Hwang Jong-woo; Lee In-jae, chief of this year's Incheon International Ocean Forum; and Lee Kyung-kyoo, head of the Inchon Port Authority, take part in the opening ceremony of the two-day forum at the Songdo Convensia convention center in Incheon, west of Seoul, on July 15, 2026.
