Harvesting Korean ginseng

Farmers harvest six-year-old Korean ginseng, known locally as "insam," at a field in the city of Paju, north of Seoul, on Oct. 4, 2023. The Paju municipality forecast that its production of six-year-old insam, which is believed to have maximum nutritional value, will reach 122 tons from 24 hectares of its farmland this year.
