Holidaymakers wait for the operation of a ferry, suspended due to thick fog, to be resumed as they prepare to board the ferry bound for the northernmost front-line island of Baengnyeong at a passenger terminal in the coastal city of Incheon, west of Seoul, on Feb. 13, 2026, the eve of a five-day break for Seol, Lunar New Year's Day.
