BTS Festa to kick off as fans await return of band members from military

SEOUL, June 1 (Yonhap) -- The annual BTS Festa will kick off next week in celebration of the popular boy group's debut day as many fans await the return of band members currently serving in the military, its agency said Saturday.

BigHit Music uploaded the schedule for the 2024 BTS Festa, an annual festival to celebrate the anniversaries of BTS' debut on June 13, 2013, on the band's official social networking account.

The disclosure of the official poster for the 2024 event will mark the opening of the event Sunday, with a variety of programs scheduled until its closure on June 13.

Next Saturday, Bangbangcon will offer free online streaming of BTS concerts, while a surprise event and presents have been announced for June 13.

"We hope many members of ARMY will make happy early summer memories at the 2024 Festa," BigHit said, thanking fans for their love and support toward BTS. ARMY is the name of BTS' fandom.
