Stabbing suspect nabbed after standoff with police

A man (2nd from R) in his 50s is taken by police officers into a police car at a residential building in Incheon, west of Seoul, on July 27, 2023, where he confronted police after stabbing a person over a money dispute and threatening to throw himself off the building.
