Oldest nat'l flower tree in bloom

South Korea's oldest rose of Sharon tree is in full bloom in Gangneung, 240 kilometers east of Seoul, on July 12, 2024. The tree is presumed to be more than 120 years old. Rose of Sharon, called "mugunghwa" in Korean, is South Korea's national flower. (Yonhap)
