4.8 magnitude quake hits southwestern county of Buan

The quake, the strongest on the Korean Peninsula so far this year, hit the county, 204 kilometers south of Seoul, at 8:26 a.m. at a latitude of 35.7 degrees north and a longitude of 126.71 degrees east, according to the weather agency.
