SEOUL, Sept. 16 (Yonhap) -- An appellate court acquitted former President Yoon Suk Yeol on Wednesday of committing perjury during the insurrection trial of former Prime Minister Han Duck-soo.

The Seoul High Court handed down the ruling, upholding a lower court's acquittal in May.
