Independent lawmaker Youn Kwan-suk arrives at the Seoul Central District Court on Aug. 4, 2023, to undergo a court review of his arrest warrant on his alleged involvement in a cash-for-votes campaign ahead of the main opposition Democratic Party's (DP) 2021 leadership race.
