Independent lawmaker Lee Sung-man arrives at the Seoul Central District Court on Aug. 4, 2023, to undergo a court review of his arrest warrant on his alleged involvement in a cash-for-votes campaign ahead of the main opposition Democratic Party (DP)'s 2021 leadership race.
