SEOUL, May 24 (Yonhap) -- The music video for K-pop girl group ITZY's latest hit song "Mafia In the Morning" exceeded 100 million views on YouTube at 0:30 on the 23rd (KST), according to JYP Entertainment on Monday.

 

The record was achieved in about 22 days and 12 hours after the song was released on April 30th, breaking ITZY's previous record with "Not Shy," which garnered 100 million views in 41 days and an hour.

 

ITZY has previously achieved billion views for all four of their music videos released since their debut, including "Dalla Dalla," "ICY," "Wannabe," and "Not Shy."

 

"Mafia In the Morning" quickly reached 100 million views, surpassing 50 million views in three days and 70 million views in a week.

 

ITZY's mini-album "GUESS WHO," with "Mafia In the Morning" as its title track, also ranked 148th on the "Billboard 200" album chart.
