SEOUL, June 26 (Yonhap) -- Hyunjin, a member of K-pop boy group Stray Kids, who have halted his activities due to controversy over school violence, has returned to participate group activities.

Stray Kids released its new single "Mixtape: OH" as a complete group, including Hyunjin, according to the K-pop act JYP Entertainment on Saturday.

Earlier in February, an anonymous netizen revealed to be a former schoolmate of Hyunjin and that he had suffered verbal abuse and sexual harassment from the singer. Hyunjin stopped working as a member of Stray Kids in order to reflect on his actions after meeting with the victim and apologizing in person.

"Hyunjin has been reflecting on himself while doing volunteer work and making donations during his break," JYP Entertainment said. "From July, he will begin to join Stray Kids' scheduled events to show a more upright attitude and mature mindset."

The single is also the first song Stray Kids will perform after becoming the winners of Mnet's contest program "Kingdom: Legendary War."

Stray Kids proved their skills as artists after beating popular boy groups such as ATEEZ, THE BOYZ, iKON and SF9 in the last episode of the program, which aired on June 3rd.

The title song "Ae" contains feelings of frustration one feels when they become childish in front of their loved ones. Bang Chan, Changbin, and Han of 3RACHA, the production group within Stray Kids, wrote and composed the song.
