'Golden' wins Song of the Year at American Music Awards

SEOUL, May 26 (Yonhap) -- "Golden," from the original soundtrack of Netflix's animated film "KPop Demon Hunters," won Song of the Year at the American Music Awards on Monday (U.S. time).

The track, performed by Korean American artists Ejae, Audrey Nuna and Rei Ami, was announced as the winner at the ceremony held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

It beat nine other nominees, including Taylor Swift's "The Fate of Ophelia," to take the top honor.
