Minor party's candidate for parliamentary by-election

Hwang Kyo-ahn, the candidate of the minor Freedom and Innovation Party, registers his candidacy for a parliamentary by-election at an office of the National Election Commission in Pyeongtaek, south of Seoul, on May 14, 2026.
