Buildings vent steam generated from heating in downtown Seoul on Jan. 25, 2023, as South Korea experienced cold weather, with the mercury dropping to an intraday low of minus 17.3 C and the wind chill factor bringing the temperature down to minus 25 C in the South Korean capital. (Yonhap)
