N.K. marks birth anniversary of ex-leader

High-ranking North Korean government officials pay tribute at the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun, the state mausoleum for the North's founder Kim Il-sung and his son Jong-il, in Pyongyang on Feb. 16, 2023, to mark the latter's birth anniversary, named "the Day of the Shining Star."
