National college entrance exam

A college aspirant narrowly makes it through the gate of Gyeongbok High School before it closes in Seoul on Nov. 16, 2023, to sit for the national college entrance exam. A total of 504,588 high school seniors, graduates and others nationwide are taking the state-administered College Scholastic Aptitude Test for the 2024 academic year, whose scores on the exam play a big part in college admissions.
