This week, police here revealed that 32 people had been arrested for taking part in illegal racing, reaching speeds of more than 270 kph (168 mph) in a tunnel in the Ulsan area. Most of the time when you’re driving in Korean cities, slow traffic is the main concern. But these drivers went out at night. Apparently, this has been going on for years despite a whole load of restrictions here that make street racing in Korea undesirable.
