SEOUL, September 8 (Yonhap) -- Actor and director Lee Jung-jae's debut movie "The Young Man" (1994) will be released agaon in the digital remastered version, the film distributir STUDIOBONANZA announced on Thursday. 

 

The movie "The Young Man," directed by Bae Chang-ho, depicts the story of a youth's dream and love, striving to be a model. It stars Lee Jung-jae. Shin Eun-kung, Lee Eung-kyung, Kim Bo-yeon, and Jeon Mi-seon. 

 

Lee Jung-jae, who was 22 years old at the time, won the rising star award at the Grand Bell Awards, the Baeksang Arts Awards, the Blue Dragon Award and the Korean Association of Film Critics Award. 

 

The film distributing company said, " The piece has never been released as an additional service for 28 years since its release in 1994, and now is the opportunity to see Lee Jung-jae when he was a rising star."

 

The company released the poster of the digital remastered version of the movie. They used the black and white photo taken by Koo Bohnchang at the time of release.
