◇ TXT released 4th mini album 'minisode 2: Thursday's Child'
Dropping its fourth EP, "minisode 2: Thursday's Child" on Monday, rising K-pop boy group Tomorrow X Together (TXT) went for an intense and dark concept that has not been seen in its discography.
The EP, the band's first release in nine months, consists of five songs of various genres that tell the story of a naive boy who grows up after experiencing love and breakup.
The album topped the iTunes “Top Album” chart in 43 countries worldwide, according to the agency Big Hit Music on Tuesday.

Moreover, it also ranked No. 1 in 43 countries, including England, Japan, and Brazil, and No. 2 in the United States and Canada.
The new album of the group continued on to sell 1.07 million copies within two days of its release.
TXT has become a million seller for the first time in three years since their debut in March of 2019.
The tracklist of the three CDs of BTS’s upcoming album “Proof,” which will drop next month, have been revealed.

The first CD mainly consists of the title songs, including “Born Singer,” an adaptation of the hip hop musician J. Cole’s “Born Sinner,” a track that expresses the feelings of BTS after a month of their debut.
The second CD contains songs of the unit groups and solo songs of the BTS members, including “Run BTS,” “Intro : Persona,” “Stay,” “Moon” and “Euphoria,” which were either sung by each of seven members or altogether.
The last third CD is under the theme of “special gift” that can be kept by both BTS and its fans.
The body-twisting Latin-infused song has drawn attention from global K-pop fans for being a collaborative single with Suga.
The BTS rapper participated in producing, writing lyrics, composing and arranging the song.
