SEOUL, August 11 (Yonhap) --K-pop girl group Everglow’s member Aisha was hospitalized due to health related issues, announced the agency Yuehua Entertainment on Thursday.

“Aisha suddenly lost conscienceless therefore was rushed to the hospital and is now going under a thorough examination.” announced Yuehua Entertainment.

Girl group Everglow was planning on flying over to Australia in order to participate in the upcoming stage of “Hallyu Pop Fest Sydney 2022” happening on August 13, but due to Aisha’s health issues, four out of five of the members will be getting on the stage of the festival.

Everglow debuted in 2019 with six members including E:U, Sihyeon, Mia, Onda, Aisha, and Yiren.

However the Chinese member Yiren stopped all of her activities regarding Everglow to pursuit her academics back in January of 2022, so five of the members excluding Yerin continued on with the activities.
