SEOUL, Dec. 18 (Yonhap) -- Marvel’s recent hero blockbuster “Spider-man: No Way Home” has exceeded over 2 million audiences in 4 days of release.

The movie garnered 2,000,846 audiences on the 18th, according to distributor Sony Pictures on Saturday.

The film was the fastest to reach 2 million watchers since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. “Deliver Us From,” dropped in last summer, gained 2 million audiences in 5 days of release.

The recent blockbuster starring Tom Holland and directed by John Watts who made “Homecoming” (2017) and “Far From Home” (2019) combines the series’ universe to signal the beginning of Marvel Cinematic Universe Phase 4’s metaverse.
