SEOUL, Jan. 11 (Yonhap) -- Group Tomorrow X Together’s second studio album is the best-selling K-pop CD in the U.S. last year by selling more than 210,000 copies.
Forbes, a business magazine reported that the K-pop group sold about 215,000 copies of the second studio album “The Chaos Chapter: Freeze” last year.
The magazine introduced “The Chaos Chapter: Freeze” as the fifth-bestselling CD in the U.S. last year, according to MRC Data.
"This win marks the group’s first appearance on one of these MRC Data reports. It shows that they have really arrived in America," explained Forbes.
Big Hit Music said, “It is the largest CD sales volume among K-pop albums sold in the U.S., and shows the group’s huge influence in North America.”
