SEOUL, Mar. 12 (Yonhap) – Japanese animation “The First Slam Dunk” has set another record on Sunday, surpassing 4 million cumulative audiences.
Distributor NEW has announced that “The First Slam Dunk” has recorded a cumulative audience of 4 million at 4:20 p.m. on the 68th day of its release.
It has been a week since it surpassed 3.81 million cumulative audiences on the 5th, setting the highest box office record among Japanese films released in Korea. Until them director Shinkai Makoto’s “Your Name.” (3.8 million people) had maintained its No.1 spot for six years.
