SEOUL, July 21 (Yonhap) -- An academic research group from North Korea's Kim Il Sung University's history department investigated and excavated relics from the Goguryeo period (B.C. 277-A.D. 668) in Rimhung-dong, one of the fifteen neighborhoods in Taesong-guyok, Pyongyang, the Korean Central News Agency reported on Wednesday.
The news agency added, "Based on this, research on Goguryeo's history and Pyongyang's history since the 1st century has achieved new results."
