U-KISS’ Soo-hyun donates 20 mln won to young patients

SEOUL, Mar. 25 (Yonhap) – K-pop boy group U-KISS’ Soo-hyun has donated 20 million won to Hanyang University Seoul Hospital to support medical fees for pediatric patients, according to the agency Tango Music on Mar. 25.

Soo-hyun said, "I was heartbroken to see children, who are supposed to be playing outside, and their families suffering from diseases and economic difficulties."

Tango Music added that Soo-hyun decided to make donations after realizing the efforts of Hanyang University Seoul Hospital, which established the hospital school for the first time in Korea and has provided medical care and various public education to children for over 10 years.

The singer also delivered 10 million won to Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Korea in support of the Ukrainian people suffering from war on Mar. 2.
