CHUNCHEON, Jan. 3 (Yonhap) -- On the morning of the 3rd, when the cold wave warning was issued, centering on the mountains and inland of Gangwon-do, the Gongjicheon Stream flowing across Chuncheon is frozen. Duck boats lost their places to go and are stuck in ice.
