SEOUL, Nov. 10 (Yonhap) -- "It is rare to find company which grew up as much as HYBE did in the past 10 years...chew us out if we do something wrong"

HYBE CEO Bang Si-Hyuk on Thursday showed gratitude and affection towards HYPE's main group BTS who has member Jin's enlistment ahead.

CEO Bang said, "BTS is our starting point and the motivation which allowed us to be where we are today" during HYBE's online briefing session this morning.

Bang,forming BTS who debut in 2013, is known as "father of BTS." He has been with every journey of BTS, from hip-hop idol to world star.

Bang CEO showed gratitude to his fans "We couldn't go even a step without ARMYs."

He said, "We have come all this way sharing joys and sorrows together," adding, "If we go 10 years together, I consider it as something like family. I will make sure to honor BTS legacy and play well to make sure ARMYs are part of this."

He also made sure that company must do its best to not let down grateful fans.

CEO said, "HYBE is a company in which cannot just do average work knowing fans' sincerity towards music and artists," adding, "In order for the worth of this industry in which artists, fans, and employees created together to grow, we must keep researching and challenging ourselves. Not being afraid to try something new is HYBE's DNA."

He also said, "We should strive to provide fans more than what they have experience in the past," adding, "I have a belief that quality of the contents presented like that must be in the best form we can make."

Bang said, "Looking at our growth in the last 10 years in a graph, there are only few companies with the growth rate similar to ours," adding, "Employees might feel tired or tightened due to this rocket like energy.

He added, "I thought about how our company will look in 2027, and time line of next five years was pictured beginning of this year," adding, "I will see If I am doing well if 2027 comes."

He did not specify what the "5-year plan" is.

Towards fans, he said, "We might go into the wrong direction inadvertently." adding, "If we do something wrong, please tell us off like now but just know that we think of fans dearly and we ultimately just want to provide good value to fans."
