Additionally, he donated 500 million won each to World Vision and Samsung Seoul Hospital in 2022, and 2 billion won to five domestic regional hospitals including Samsung Seoul Hospital last year.
Park Jin-young remarked, "As a father with two daughters aged 3 and 4, just thinking about how difficult it would be for children to lack sufficient medical care when they are ill makes my heart ache," and added, "Officially engaging in donations made me realize how fans who heard the news can participate in good deeds and spread positive influence."
Stray Kids' Felix donated 50 million won to World Vision during the Syrian and Turkish earthquake in February last year, becoming a member of the 'Vision Society' for donors contributing more than 10 million won. Furthermore, members Lee Know, Changbin, and Hyunjin from Stray Kids also participated in high-value donations.
Stray Kids conveyed, "We always wanted to do something helpful, however small, in places where we can make a difference, as many fans pay attention to our expressions, actions, and songs," and expressed gratitude, saying, "We are pleased to share the precious love received from fans."
Twice's Nayeon recently donated 30 million won to patients in regions with poorer medical environments than Seoul and became the first member of the 'Fruit of Love Society' this year.
Itzy's Ryujin was selected as the first member of the 'Honors Club' for her emergency relief donation of 50 million won to East Coast wildfire victims in 2022 and 50 million won to Turkish and Syrian earthquake victims last year.
JYP plans to continue social contribution projects such as medical expense support and environmental projects under the slogan 'EDM' (Every Dream Matters!·Every dream in the world is precious) this year.
