SEOUL, June 23 (Yonhap) -- The iconic Empire State Building in New York City lit up in Stray Kids’ signature red on June 16 (local time) in honor of the K-pop group, according to JYP Entertainment on Monday.
Stray Kids attended the lighting ceremony, expressing their gratitude. The group said in a statement, "We are honored and thankful to have had the opportunity to light up the Empire State Building. The most important thing for us is that our music can reach and empower those who need it."
As part of their ‘dominATE’ world tour, Stray Kids held a two-day concert at Citi Field on June 18–19. The stadium has hosted global acts like Paul McCartney, Beyoncé, and Lady Gaga.
Their set included hit songs like “MOUNTAINS,” “Thunderous,” “Back Door,” and “S-Class,” delivering a dynamic performance that showcased the group’s signature energy.
Stray Kids continue their U.S. tour with a show at Nationals Park in Washington, D.C. on Monday.
