LOS ANGELES, Nov. 24 (Yonhap) -- Ahead of showcasing a series of live in-person concerts for the first time in two years, South Korean megastar BTS presented a little sneak peek with a flash mob performance in the middle of downtown Los Angeles.
According to the CBS' popular talk show "The Late Late Show with James Corden" on Tuesday (U.S. time), BTS was seen dancing to "Butter" at a crossroad near Beverly Boulevard, LA.
BTS danced while singing to its megahit "Butter," which secured the No.1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 chart for 10 nonconsecutive weeks. The K-pop act's surprise performance was located at a road near Television City, an American television studio complex in LA.
"The Late Late Show" also posted a video on its official Twitter account and wrote, "Before tonight's 'Late Late Show' with BTS, here's a little peack at the incredible Crosswalk Concert they filmed today that will air in an upcoming episode!"
"The Late Late Show" episode starring BTS will air for an hour from 12:37 p.m. on Nov. 24 (U.S. time) and at 2:37 p.m. on Thursday (Korean time).
The septet will make an in-person visit to the studio of "The Late Late Show" and perform "Permission to Dance," one of its hit singles on stage.
