SEOUL, Aug. 24 (Yonhap) -- Virtual idol group PLAVE has signed a social contribution agreement with the Korean Committee for UNICEF to support the healthy development of children around the world, its agency VAST Entertainment said Monday.
PLAVE will participate in the Korean Committee for UNICEF's flagship fundraising campaign, "UNICEF Team." A special edition "UNICEF Team Bracelet" will also be produced to mark the agreement.
"We are truly happy and honored to be able to take part in the meaningful 'UNICEF Team' campaign together with our fans, known as PLLI," PLAVE said.
"We hope that everyone can become one team and deliver hope so that children around the world do not lose their dreams despite the difficulties they face. We will continue to do our best to spread a positive influence."
PLAVE will kick off its first world tour since debut with concerts at Incheon Munhak Stadium's main stadium on Sept. 12-13.
