SEOUL, Aug. 13 (Yonhap) -- Online video service (OTT) platform Tving announced Friday that actor Lee Seo-jin and actress Ra Mi-ran will star in the original drama "Internal Medicine Doctor Park (tentative)."

Actor Lee Seo-jin will be starring in a comedy drama for the first time in 22 years since his debut.

Based on the webtoon of the same title, the drama will depict doctor Park, who has dreamed of becoming a doctor, trying to revitalize his medical clinic, which is on the brink of going out of business. The production and screenplay will be directed by Seo Joon-beom, the "hit maker" of the advertising industry.

Lee Seo-jin will play doctor Park, a novice physician and the breadwinner of his family, while Ra Mi-ran will act as Sa Mo-rim, who is director Park's spouse and self-proclaims herself as the "queen of a supportive wife."

"Internal Medicine Doctor Park" will be unveiled on Tving in the second half of this year.
