SEOUL, Jan. 21 (Yonhap) – With the subfreezing temperature expected to continue during the Lunar New Year holidays, various Lunar New Year special South Korean programs, ranging from pilot entertainment programs to live recordings of renowned artists, await viewers to enjoy at home. The following is the full list of programs to be aired during the holidays for anyone who expects to spend holidays at home can refer to.
◇ Travel stories and talk shows:
SBS is planning to air “Kick a Goal - GOALympic,” where players and coaches of a popular Wednesday entertainment show “Kick a Goal” will compete in teams, for two days from Jan. 23 to 24. A total of 60 coaches and players from 10 teams, including Lee Soo-geun and Bae Sung-jae as the hosts, will be competing in several games, such as tug-of-war, dodgeball games, and relay races.
In the meantime, a pilot entertainment show titled “A Legal Staying Out (translated),” where South Korean veteran actor Choi Soo-jong will be traveling with entertainer Do Kyung-wan, will be hitting the small screens from Jan. 21 to 23.
