Seoul, April 16 (Yonhap) -- Actress Kim Hieora has announced that she reconciled with those who accused her of committing school violence during her middle school years.

Kim Hieora's agency, Gram Entertainment, released a statement on the 16th, explaining that "Kim Hieora and our agency met with the individuals involved in the series of events brought up last year to clarify memories and reach a mutual understanding."

The statement continued, stating that "Kim Hieora and the individuals involved have decided to support each other in their respective lives."

The agency further mentioned that "Kim Hieora has spent time reflecting on herself more rigorously during this incident and contemplating what she needs to do to become a responsible member of society" and conveyed her position of "sincerely developing her life to repay the love received from the public."

Earlier, entertainment media Dispatch reported in September last year that Kim Hieora, during her middle school years, was part of a notorious clique known for bullying and was involved in incidents such as extorting money from juniors.

Kim Hieora denied the allegations, stating that she was not involved in any activities related to school cliques or bullying during her school days.

Debuting in musicals in 2009, Kim Hieora showcased impressive acting in the Netflix original series 'The Glory,' aired between 2022 and 2023, portraying the role of a school violence perpetrator, Isara.
